This is extremely odd.  It seems like PXELINUX thinks you have 4 GB of 
RAM, but MEMDISK thinks you have 512 MB.  I'd really like to see your 
E820 map.  How much memory do you have in this machine?  You may want to 
try specifying a mem=524161K parameter to see what happens.
