[syslinux] SYSLINUX 2.20-pre11 released

New features galore... not only does EXTLINUX actually seem to *work*
now (!), but this is also premiere for the simple menu system (as
opposed to the extremely sophisticated one Murali provided.)

See README.menu for more details.  N.B.: TIMEOUT is broken in this
release; I know about that one.
