[syslinux] NOCONSOLE feature request not obsoleted by BIOS upgrade

OK, it's in 3.02-pre3, which I just released (although I made it 
affirmative and called it CONSOLE), completely untested, of course. 
Since you requested it, you get to do that part ;)
