The problem is still present.

Are you sure to have uploaded the correct version ?

A  "diff -u --recursive syslinux-3.07 syslinux-3.08-pre1 | grep -v
^Binary"  result only in:

diff -u --recursive syslinux-3.07/syslinux.spec syslinux-3.08-pre1/syslinux.spec

no other changes in not binary files. Tried with the .tar.bz2 archives. 
Or I'm doing something wrong ?
