[syslinux] Usb Flash boot....

Hi,

I am trying to get Dsl to boot from flash drive ,I wondered if there any 
any options in syslinux I can use to get it to work

drive geometry is set as 18 Heads 32 sectors 888 cylinders fs type is 
fat16 (bootable)

bootable flag is ok in sfdisk but in fdisk it shows as boot,NC so I am 
guessing something is wrong ?

If I have read it right syslinux can set flash drive as bootable USB-ZIP 
device is this true ?
