[syslinux] Is it possible: dos image and other files on usb .. boot dosimage .. read other files

I can successfully boot several DOS images on a USB
thumbdrive using SysLinux/Memdisk.

But, I'd like to load some DOS USB drivers to see the
other (common) files on the same USB drive.

Is this possible??   Boot memdisk/syslinux from a DOS
image on USB .. and then read the USB as another
drive??
