[syslinux] About menu.c32 from SYSLINUX 3.30-pre1

Sorry for the mode permission. I already changed that.
I thought the behavior for the menu.c32 won't change from 3.20 to
3.30-pre1. Therefore if we upgrade to the 3.30, we have to add the MENU
COLOR. right ?
