[syslinux] memdisk question

That did not work, here is the img file.

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1681408 2008-06-09 07:58 multicast.img

Any ideas?

A 1600K floppy image most commonly has the geometry c=80 h=2 s=20. 
Cluster size doesn't figure into it at all; that is a file system
property.

Try the above geometry and see if it helps.  If you have resized the 
image I would try changing only the cylinder count.
