[syslinux] SYSLINUX 3.84 released

The announcement was more done like "The syslinux project" rather than 
"syslinux component of this project".
Isolinux is inside the syslinux-3.84.zip archive in the /CORE directory, 
as isolinux.bin and/or isolinux-debug.bin.
I usually copy the debug one to another place, then rename it to 
isolinux.bin, then actually use it for a bootcd :)
