You're quite a few years behind the state of the art here. :)
You can use gPXE to boot various operating systems (DOS, Linux, Windows
2003/XP/2008/Vista/7) over the network from an iSCSI disk. Some operating
systems (such as Windows 2008+) will allow you to install directly to the
iSCSI disk; others require you to install to a physical disk first and then
copy the disk image to the iSCSI target.

You can also use gpxelinux to do most of these tasks, although there will be
some corner cases (such as installing direct to iSCSI) that are known to work
with gPXE but haven't yet been tested with gpxelinux.
