[syslinux] PXELINUX, pxechain.com and Etherboot

Michael,

The Disk error is from S11_112_pxegrub

# strings S11_112_pxegrub | grep Disk
Disk read error
Disk write error
------------------

But Etherboot and all other Intel NIC have no problem with it.
