This also makes the "MENU INCLUDE" keyword available. Currently the
gfxboot loader module only parses keywords supported by the syslinux core
(and MENU LABEL). According to menu.txt "MENU INCLUDE" is only
supported by the menu system; gfxboot is not part of it.
