What do you mean? To the best of my knowledge, everything was installed
from scratch, like this:

chattr -i /boot/extlinux/ldlinux.sys
rm /boot/extlinux/ldlinux.sys
extlinux --install /boot/extlinux/
cat mbr.bin > /dev/sda
cp <each>.c32 /boot/extlinux/

So everything came with from the version that was installed at the time.
