[syslinux] Loading plpbt.bin from Syslinux 4.02 causes reboot

Yes, apparently I got the wrong keyword in there somehow, and it was the 
root cause of the problem.  I do recall seeing that part of the 
documentation, but it just didn't register as it does now.  Thanks for the 
clarification.
