What version of Syslinux?  The current stable is 4.02.  If possible,
please repeat your tests with the current official stable version (see
http://syslinux.zytor.com/wiki/index.php/Download for the download
link).

Also, what version of Windows, including service pack and OS
architecture (i386 or amd64)?
