At least it's semi-logical (x86_64- versus amd64- and not ia64- which
is Itanium) but both 64 and 32 in the name definitely seems messy.
There were a few more like that already in there.  file's output on
both my build and the official -4.03 match so either it did the job or
file is not working properly.

$ file win32/syslinux.exe win64/syslinux64.exe
win32/syslinux.exe:   PE32 executable for MS Windows (console) Intel
80386 32-bit
win64/syslinux64.exe: PE32+ executable for MS Windows (console)

It seems a little strange, though.
