A 64-bit MEMDISK would be unnecessary; all you need is PAE (PAE is
required for 64 bits, but also runs in 32-bit mode.)
The biggest problem is that if you find yourself in V86 mode (like what
can happen in DOS) you're screwed, because there is no way you can mimic
that with BIOS function 87h.
