[syslinux] login menu in pxelinux

Syslinux by itself I believe only locks items so in theory you could
bury the "real" items in a password-protected submenu.  That said,
I've seen a how-to on gPXE's site ( http://etherboot.org ) that uses
HTTP authentication to perform this.
