[syslinux] [PATCH 0/3] fixes for MS compilers and ISO -> USB support

Hi,

I'm using syslinux as a library in a Windows application that can create 
bootable USB drives from ISO images [1]. This seems to work great, but 
as the application can be compiled using Visual Studio, the Windows 
Driver Kit or MinGW (32 or 64), I have a few patches that I'd like to 
submit.

The following fix 2 minor issues, as well as a add a feature to ease up 
the isolinux ISO -> syslinux USB conversion process.
