http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/git-imap-send.html and
http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/git-imap-send.txt are
pretty good demonstrations of how it's styled.  It contains three
literal blocks in the middle (blue text), then 1 listing block (blue
background) and 1 literal paragraph (same rendered style).
