[syslinux] [bug] 5.10: Ctrl-C doesn't abort load

While attempting to test if breaking from an unsuccessful load resets
the TIMEOUT timer, I found that Ctrl-C will not break the load.

LABEL test
  LINUX memdisk
  APPEND iso initrd=boot.iso

Instead, Ctrl-C is ignored and it continues to boot. This was working
in PXELINUX 4.06.
