The relevant url is at:
 http://mirrors.kernel.org/mageia/distrib/cauldron/x86_64/isolinux/

(and other mirrors).

The only relevant files for the matter in question are:
_ gfxboot.cfg, isolinux.cfg
_ isolinux.bin, ldlinux.c32, bootlogo, gfxboot.c32, chain.c32,
lib*.c32.

I do not understand why we are talking about options being appended to
Mageia's kernels. The "quick hack" is only related to the "harddisk"
menu entry in Mageia when it is executed from the gfxboot menu. The
other menu entries are irrelevant for this matter. Well, at least this
has been my understanding for the last several months since the
original report and its suggested workaround were posted.

The one thing that is relevant now about this patch is whether it is
possible to have a better one, in which gfxboot would be the focus,
thus potentially improving its interaction with (any) other c32 module,
instead of patching chain.c32 specifically for this situation.

Regards,
Ady.
