[syslinux] pxechain.com loops back with WDSNBP started using DHCP Referral

can I stop WDSNBP to retry to connect to 10.87.3.19 instead of 
10.87.0.202 to whom I was pxechaining?

Downloaded WDSNBP from 10.87.0.202

WDSNBP started using DHCP Referral.

No response from Windows Deplyment sever
