Please describe your problem in detail. Perhaps you have problems with the iso filenames,
perhaps it's a bug in some firmware or something else. We can't guess.
Consider that isolinux doesn't use rockridge or joliet filenames, but only iso 9660 filenames.
You can verify these e.g. by mounting the CD with the norock option.
