[syslinux] update the rom of the eepro100

hi again,
for the install of redhat on hp 1000r and a compaq dl360
at boot i have different version for the boot agent:

hp 1000r:
         boot agent 4.0.14
         PXE 2.0 build 082

compaq dl360:
         boot agent 4.0.17
         PXE 2.0 build 083

Does someone know if there is a problem with this version?
How can i update this boot agent?
well the hp 1000r can't find the dhcp server? while the compaq could..
perhaps should i use a different vendor-identifier??? (see my second mail)
