Are you ABSOLUTELY SURE you copied those numbers correctly?

I would say odds are pretty good that your CMD649 screws with your BIOS
to the point where ISOLINUX can't work anymore (hence "extremely broken
BIOS detected...), but that assumes that the message really said AX=422E
not AX=432E.  If you have AX=432E then your card has somehow turned the
read request into a write request...
