[syslinux] Making Syslinux boot with missing keyboard, but not disabled keyboard.

think of some box that just hasn't the room for an additional keyboard,
but doesn't have the option to disable it from the bios - or you just
forgot to disable it.

I think this should be possible, if it's not too much of an effort in syslinux.
