Given the quality of most implementations, I can't exactly say I'm 
surprised... classic case of overspecification disease (specify 
everything we think people are going to need, with the result that no 
two implementations are compatible because of different bugs or omitted 
features.)

El Torito seems to suffer from the same sickness...
