[syslinux] SYSLINUX 1.70-pre1 released

This is the first prerelease of a fairly major rewrite of some of the 
SYSLINUX kernel code.  The main motivation for the rewrite is to better 
support the new initramfs feature in Linux 2.5.  It is not meant as a 
release candidate, but I would appreciate feedback on how well it works 
for people.
