[syslinux] How to add NBI image on CD

NBI is the format used by Etherboot, not {sys,pxe,iso}linux. Is this
what you mean?

They can't, but their sibling ISOLINUX knows about CDs.

If you are using an Etherboot style NBI image, use just the kernel (and
rootfs) unmunged.
