[syslinux] SYSLINUX 2.00-pre14 released

I've uncommented all the labels in my config file, and 2.00-pre14 works.
1.76 would barf with everything active, and I could get it back working
by commenting out entries.  So that part looks fixed.

I tested the BIOS flash utility that previously hung while trying to
read the new flash image off the (emulated) floppy drive.  It still
hangs while trying to read the file from floppy.
