[syslinux] SYSLINUX 2.01-pre1 released

Thanks, I am getting closer.

Using this release I created a 12MB hdimage using:

./mkdiskimage -fo /tmp/hdimage 96 16 16

I used the offset output for mtools--works as expected.

I then used dosemu to sys the disk.  Also worked.

Using pxelinux.0 and memdisk from this release I boot the image and get:

Booting...
FreeDOS FAT

(hang)

Any ideas?
