the ".0" did it! great!

  .cbt           COMBOOT image (not runnable from DOS)  
  .bss           Boot sector (DOS superblock will be patched in)  
  .bs            Boot sector  
  .com           COMBOOT image (runnable from DOS)

I suggest to add something like:
  .0             xxxxxx ??
