[syslinux] pxelinux and startrom.com

copy your startrom.com to startrom.0

then pxelinux will serve the file as expected.

This was explained on this mailing list last week...

H. Peter, the docs should mention .0 extension as reserved for pxe...

Hello all,
   I'm having difficulty getting pxelinux to chain
load Microsoft's startrom.com.  startrom.com starts
up, but upon pressing F12 i get an immediate "TFTP
Download failed".  Any thoughts?
