[syslinux] Syslinux cannot load memtest 86

FYI, I'm using ISOLINUX 2.00 2002-10-25, this is extract of isolinux.cfg

memtest86 2.8 and 3.0 boot ok both in vmware and real hardware.

mem28 and mem30 are the precompiled memtest images found in the memtest
tarball.
