[syslinux] make syslinux beep

Hello,

We are working on the Oralux project, a Knoppix customization for the vision 
impaired persons.

The users would like to hear a beep to be informed that the syslinux prompt is 
displayed. In the recent archives, there was an answer to such a question:

Nevertheless, the bell character doesn't make my syslinux displayed text beep.
