[syslinux] isolinux 2.0+ won't boot from DVD

That still didn't work.  I even tested the CDROM itself instead of the 
ISO image, and it gave exactly the same info from isoinfo.  Something 
obviously changed from 1.75 to 2.00, and I don't see anything obvious in 
the changelog.  Anything else I can try?
