[syslinux] isolinux 2.0+ won't boot from DVD

The build hardware or the boot-from-DVD hardware?  Did something change 
from 1.75 to 2.00 with regards to the 31/32-bit wraparound? 
isolinux-1.75 has worked in all cases.
