[syslinux] Problems with eepro100 or BroadCom NetXtreme and syslinux 2.04

No, it does not.
We have the systems for installation in a special subnet behind a firewall. 
All which is not normal is the subnet mask: 255.255.254.0 because this
subnet is also used for Remote Service Boards, and we have more than 256
of them.

But it also does not work if the booted systems got ips in the range of
the first 64 possible addresses. The dhcpd has the first possible
address.
