This is interesting.

I am regularly booting/building x330/x335/x345's, DL360/380's, and other 
boxes using e100/e1000 cards using pxelinux 2.0.3.  The tftp server is 
on a different subnet than the clients.

I wonder what is different in your setup versus mine.  You might try 
pxelinux 2.03.

Could you post everything from the boot including all the pxe boot rom 
information before pxelinux starts loading?

Peter has been very good at spotting my configuration issues given all 
the data.
