[syslinux] load pxelinux w/o PXE BIOS?

So far that is not the case.  It is a popular feature request though.  I 
hope they add this in the near future.

The PXE stack on a floppy works within VMware but it is really slow.  It 
may take 5 minutes or more to boot.

However, it works and I appreciate Peter working on it!
