[syslinux] timeoutcmd not working....

By the way... if someone has a better suggestion for what to call this
command than "timeoutcmd" I'd appreciate it... I'm not really happy with
the naming.  I'm thinking about "ontimeout", but I'm not sure if it's
any better.
