[syslinux] making a menu option for localboot

Ensure that chain.c32 is there on your CD, add a new menu option where 
the kernel to boot is
"chain.c32 hd0 0" (boot the first hard disk). See the documentation with 
chain.c32 for all the
different arguments you can give it.
