[syslinux] Menu for PXELinux

I read the README file and the simple.c and complex.c files but I'm still
missing the big picture. For example, after compiling the simple.c
how does it relate to the pxelinux.cfg/default? How do I glue both
together?

The recent versions of SYSLinux already include a menuing system. See
the menu directory
(recent version reqd) for details and examples.
