I've tested it on eight systems so far and it's working perfectly.

I am experiencing the "text will print in grey on black" on most of the
test-bed systems here, so if you need the code-fix tested feel free send it
this way.

You need PXELINUX 2.09-pre1 or later.

What's worse is that on some BIOSes all the text will print in grey on 
black.  I will hopefully have a fix for that soon.
