[syslinux] Patch to comboot menu

Somewhere between -pre5 and -pre8 PXELinux compatibility has broken.

On a fresh compile of pre8, /menu does no longer works.

I've compiled and installed the -pre8 pxelinux.0 and tried both simple.com
and complex.com plus my own menu I've been working on.

It hangs after the comboot image is loaded and doesn't display anything.

PRE5 works, PRE8 does not - I haven't tested versions between yet.

The compiled comboot image works under cmd shell though.

Applied and released as 2.09-pre8.
