Please add 

	netpbm-progs 

pkg to build-requires syslinux SPEC file.

I also changed 

#BuildPrereq: nasm >= 0.98.35, perl
BuildPrereq: nasm >= 0.98.22, perl

to get it compile in rh 7.3 (yep, it's old but in 
internal network.)
