[syslinux] how does memdisk boot an iso image

I guess it's beyond the scope of the project.  The BIOS interface to a 
CD-ROM is very different than the BIOS interface to a floppy or hard 
disk.  It pretty much would mean writing a different piece of code to 
emulate a CD-ROM as opposed to emulate a disk.
