[syslinux] New user trying to install distribution Cd with Isolinux

After boot: promp and typing <ENTER> following messages appear:

loading Vmlinuz....
loading initrd.img.......
Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the Kernel.

and the system reboots.

Q: Who has the control at that stage? ISOLINUX or Kernel? This question 
is arised in order to know where to address some support.
