Yes, this is correct.  VMWare incorrectly implements the UDP receive PXE 
function as a blocking operation; the spec states it's nonblocking.

This is a VMWare bug, and it can't really be worked around by PXELINUX. 
    Complain to VMWare; you've paid money for their product, but you 
probably haven't paid for mine.
